SEIKO Automatic Professional Diver 8L35-0030 SBDX005 "Historical Tuna". In the year 2000, SEIKO released eight important watches in SEIKO history. This is the reissue of the classic Professional Diver 600m released for the first time in 1975. It uses the modern 8L35 movement which is basically an undecorated hi-end CREDOR movement. The SBDX005 was made in a limited number of 1000 pieces only.

Up for sale is a SEIKO Automatic Diver 6309-7040.

Production date: April 1983.
Case dimension:

• Width: 44 mm (excludes crown).
• Thickness: 13 mm.
• Lug: 22 mm.

Description:
As far as I know, all original parts.
Original dial in good condition.
Original hands have blemish.
Bezel rotates bi-directionally and clicks evenly with no play.
Bezel insert has blemish.
Original crystal has a lot of scratches but never been polished.
Case and case back have scratches. Dent on 5 o'clock lug. Case has never been polished.
Movement and day-date setting mechanism are working well. Service history is unknown.
Original crown locks in 2.25x full turn.
Caseback gasket was replaced with brand new SEIKO genuine gasket on November 2010.
Not water-pressure tested. Water resistant is unknown.
Comes with used SEIKO Z22 flat vent rubber strap and fat spring bars.

The bad: Hands and bezel insert have blemish. Crystal and case have scratches.

Up for sale is my SEIKO Automatic Diver 6105-8119.

Production date: April 1974.

• Width: 45 mm (excludes crown).
• Thickness: 13 mm.
• Lug: 19 mm.

Description:
Original dial and hands in good condition. The red dot lume on second hand has turn pale. Lume on dial and hands still glow faintly.
Bezel rotates bi-directionally and clicks evenly with no play.
Bezel insert is non-original but good quality reproduction.
Crystal has been upgraded to non-original domed sapphire with blue anti-reflection coating on the inside.
Case and case back are in good condition. Upper side of case probably had been lightly polished in the past but original factory finish is still visible.
Movement and date setting mechanism are working well. Service history is unknown.
Original crown locks as it should.
Caseback gasket was replaced with new SEIKO genuine gasket.
Not water-pressure tested. Water resistant is unknown.
Comes with used and aging non-original Tropic rubber strap.
